Cunnec Best Ltd is incorporated as a limited liability company in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The company was registered in 2024 and is authorized to carry on the business of oil and gas services, drilling support, marine logistics, environmental management, project management, and petroleum products supply and trading.

CBL operates in alignment with the requirements of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), the primary regulatory authority for upstream oil and gas operations in Nigeria following the Petroleum Industry Act.
Our operations are structured to meet the licensing and registration requirements applicable to indigenous contractors operating in the Nigerian upstream sector.
CBL is committed to full compliance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act (2010). We actively maximize the use of Nigerian human resources, materials, and equipment in all operations, without compromising on quality, safety, or delivery standards.
